1. General

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of transfer and transportation services provided by Silenus Adriatic d.o.o. By making a booking, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation via email.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are quoted in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free cancellation: Up to 24 hours before pick-up.
Late cancellation: Less than 24 hours — 50% fee.
No-show: Full price after 30 min (60 min airports).

5. Passenger Responsibilities

Accurate pick-up and drop-off locations
Ready at the agreed time
Inform us of special requirements at booking
Appropriate behaviour during transfer

6. Our Responsibilities

Clean, safe vehicles
Professional drivers
Punctual pick-up
Flight monitoring for airport transfers

7. Delays & Force Majeure

Not liable for delays from traffic, weather, strikes, or force majeure.

8. Luggage

Standard luggage included. Oversized items must be declared at booking.

9. Child Safety

Child seats available upon request at booking.

10. Liability

Limited to the value of the booked service. Not liable for indirect losses or missed flights.

11. Complaints

Submit to info@silenusadriatic.hr within 7 days.

12. Governing Law

Laws of the Republic of Croatia. Court in Dubrovnik.
