1. Generale

I presenti Termini e Condizioni regolano the use of transfer and transportation services provided by Silenus Adriatic d.o.o. By making a booking, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Prenotazione e conferma

Tutte le prenotazioni sono soggette a disponibilità. A booking is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation via email.

3. Prezzi e pagamento

Tutti i prezzi sono in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking.

4. Cancellazione e rimborso

Cancellazione gratuita: Up to 24 hours before pick-up.
Cancellazione tardiva: Less than 24 hours — 50% fee.
No-show: Full price after 30 min (60 min airports).

5. Responsabilità del passeggero

  • Accurate pick-up and drop-off locations
  • Ready at the agreed time
  • Inform us of special requirements at booking
  • Appropriate behaviour during transfer

6. Nostre responsabilità

  • Clean, safe vehicles
  • Professional drivers
  • Punctual pick-up
  • Flight monitoring for airport transfers

7. Ritardi e forza maggiore

Non responsabili per ritardi from traffic, weather, strikes, or force majeure.

8. Bagagli

Bagaglio standard incluso. Oversized items must be declared at booking.

9. Sicurezza bambini

Seggiolini disponibili upon request at booking.

10. Responsabilità

Limitata al valore of the booked service. Not liable for indirect losses or missed flights.

11. Reclami

Inviare a info@silenusadriatic.hr entro 7 giorni.

12. Legge applicabile

Leggi della Repubblica di Croazia. Foro competente: Dubrovnik.
