Diese AGB regeln die Nutzung the use of transfer and transportation services provided by Silenus Adriatic d.o.o. By making a booking, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Buchung und Bestätigung

Alle Buchungen unterliegen der Verfügbarkeit. A booking is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation via email.

3. Preise und Zahlung

Alle Preise sind in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking.

4. Stornierung und Erstattung

Kostenlose Stornierung: Up to 24 hours before pick-up.
Späte Stornierung: Less than 24 hours — 50% fee.
Nichterscheinen: Full price after 30 min (60 min airports).

5. Pflichten des Fahrgastes

• Accurate pick-up and drop-off locations
• Ready at the agreed time
• Inform us of special requirements at booking
• Appropriate behaviour during transfer

6. Unsere Pflichten

• Clean, safe vehicles
• Professional drivers
• Punctual pick-up
• Flight monitoring for airport transfers

7. Verspätungen und höhere Gewalt

Keine Haftung für Verspätungen from traffic, weather, strikes, or force majeure.

8. Gepäck

Standardgepäck inklusive. Oversized items must be declared at booking.

9. Kindersicherheit

Kindersitze verfügbar upon request at booking.

10. Haftung

Begrenzt auf den Wert of the booked service. Not liable for indirect losses or missed flights.

11. Beschwerden

Senden Sie an info@silenusadriatic.hr innerhalb von 7 Tagen.

12. Anwendbares Recht

Recht der Republik Kroatien. Gerichtsstand: Dubrovnik.
